PROBLEM

Clinical Research Organization needed full training implementation and training to new clinical software after the previous software was sunset from the developer. Full analysis showed the initial training plan was not thorough enough to support the transition of an entire organization.

STRATEGY

This strategy included a full revamp of the previous training plan due to inheriting the project. A multi-pronged approach included instructional design, plus a change management and communication strategy due to the size and scope of the project. 

SOLUTION

Build out an integrated training program to transition the organization into the new software, while minimizing impact to the day-to-day operations in old system.
